The Destructible label material is also made of PP synthetic paper. After surface printing and printing of the trademark, a special hot melt adhesive is applied on the back side to form a label by die cutting.
The Destructible material is divided into a front label and a back label according to the different positions to be attached, that is, the label attached to the front or back of the package. The printed labels are placed in a single sheet, and the front and back labels are placed in the two boxes of the in-mold labeling machine. At the beginning of a cycle of the mold, the mold of the bottle body is opened, and the pre-marked and back-marked sheets which have been printed are respectively sucked by the robot, and the dishes are respectively placed in the corresponding positions in the mold. The label printing faces the inner wall of the mold, and the small hole suction on the mold uses vacuum to firmly adhere the label to the mold. At the same time, the raw material of the plastic bottle is heated and drooped in a hose shape, and the mold on the inner wall which adsorbs the label is quickly closed. Air is blown into the hose so that the plastic bottle fits snugly against the inner wall of the mold. At this time, the temperature in the entire mold is quite high, and the solid adhesive applied to the back of the label begins to melt when the back of the label is pressed against the bottle, and the label is bonded to the plastic bottle in the mold. When the mold is opened, the plastic bottle body is formed, the label and the bottle body are integrated, and the printed trademark is embedded on the surface of the plastic product.
